Before you enroll: time, Specialist status, retakes, deadline, kits and refunds

About 70 hours in all: about 52 hours of lessons and quizzes, about 8 to 12 hours at the bench for the three builds, and the rest for formula design, calculations and the final exam. Up to 10 months to complete. The 10 months run from enrollment (your first payment), whichever way you pay. When they end, quizzes, the final exam and build submissions close; a build submitted before then is still evaluated and counts.
The Specialist status is granted only when the program is fully paid, every pass requirement is met (quizzes, lab verification of the three formulas and the final exam) and the network terms are signed. Paying for every section does not earn it if you do not pass. It is a revocable title granted by Pensive Beauty® Nanoscience Labs, not a licence, certificate, degree or professional qualification, and it promises no employment.
Retakes are free and unlimited, and the program never ends in a fail. Quizzes: try again after a short wait. Final exam (78% overall to pass): unlimited free attempts, 7 days apart, each with fresh questions. Builds: free lab retests until the formula passes, with no lab fee. Your kit (250 mL of each Architecture) is sent once, so NanoBase™ for a rebuild is obtained separately, at your own cost, outside the Program.
If your 10 months end before you finish, your program is incomplete, not failed: everything you passed is kept. Reopening is free, at any time: each reopen gives you a new 10 months to finish what remains.
Your NanoBase™ kit (250 mL each of Classic, Luxe and Clinical Architecture) is batched fresh for you when you request it: after you finish Section 1 (Modules 0 to 4) when you pay in full, or once Section 2 is paid when you pay by section. It should ship 30 to 45 days after your request. Import duties and customs are yours to handle.
You study the program version you enroll in. Modules released or revised later are not added to your program part way through; they form the program for later applicants.
Refunds: no refunds, except when you have never opened the first module (for a Section 2 or Section 3 payment, the first module of that section). A refund is the amount paid less the payment processing fees. To ask, email team@pensivebeauty.com.
