Verify a Formulator ID or verification number

Enter a Formulator ID (TDA-XXXX-XXXX) or a verification number (NB-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). We answer match or no match. A Formulator ID shows the name as listed, the Specialist status, the year it was granted, its status and the Architectures verified, the same for every Expert Formulator. A verification number shows only the name, the Architecture, that the formula passed lab verification and the date.
